Welcome to "Vectorizer" (the "Service"), operated by [entity name, reg. no. ______] (the "Operator"). Using the Service — via the website or the API — constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service converts raster image files into vector files (SVG, and additional formats over time) by automated means. Results depend on the quality and characteristics of the source file; the Operator does not guarantee any specific result or full fidelity to the original.
API use requires an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential, and for any activity performed with them. The Operator may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms or abuse.
(a) Each operation costs the number of credits published for it in the price list; the price varies by service. A failed operation is not charged, and an operation run with a test key (sk_test_) is not charged at all. (b) Pay-as-you-go balances never expire. (c) Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise and may be updated with 14 days' notice. (d) Payments are processed by an external payment provider; the Operator does not store card details.
You may not upload: content infringing third-party copyright or trademarks; unlawful content; abusive content or sexual content involving minors; malicious code. You may not reverse-engineer the Service, circumvent usage limits, or use the Service in a way that degrades availability for others.
Rights in files you upload remain yours, and you represent that you hold the necessary rights in them. Conversion outputs are yours, including for commercial use, subject to your rights in the source. All rights in the Service itself, its code, brand and interfaces remain with the Operator.
Uploaded files are processed automatically and deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing, unless you explicitly request extended storage. See the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided AS-IS. The Operator strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, fault-free operation. The Operator's total liability for any damage is limited to the amounts you actually paid in the 12 months preceding the event. The Operator shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damage.
You may close your account at any time. Unused pay-as-you-go balances are refundable per the Refund Policy. The Operator may discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice, refunding unused balances.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction: the competent courts of the Tel-Aviv district.
